Tara Perillo

Tara Perillo is an operator who focuses on making things run smoothly behind the scenes.

Founding team at Initialized Capital as Partner and Head of Operations. Previously personal assistant to Paul Graham (Founder of YC) and later managed ops at YC.

She's spent her career working across operations, finance, and execution, helping teams stay organized and move faster.

At Orange Collective, Tara runs day-to-day operations across the fund — working closely with LPs, managing logistics, and coordinating with Vector (fund admin), Passthrough (LP onboarding), Lidow (legal), Sensiba (Tax), and Audit.

She's detail-oriented, highly responsive, and makes sure things get done without slowing anyone down.
