Docs are infrastructure now. They train AI agents, convert vibe coders, and shape how your product spreads through codegen.

As companies launch internal agents for support, engineering, and ops, docs become the system of record those agents rely on. When your docs are stale, so are your agents.

But keeping docs updated was already brutally hard before AI. It's not because teams don't care. The best companies know great docs are the product.

Features and APIs change until the last minute. Tech writers (if you're lucky), engineers, and PMs scramble to update and QA the night before release, while context is scattered across GitHub, Slack, Linear, and support tickets.

Prithvi and Frances lived this while working at OneSignal, Cloudflare, and startups. They built Promptless to fix it. Companies like Clay, Amplitude, and Ollama are already using it in production. I felt the same pain at Shopify and Rigetti, and I'm pumped to back them.

In the age of AI agents, docs can't afford to be an afterthought. They're a new growth channel, and the foundation connecting your product, your team, and your users - whether human or AI.
